Refund/Cancellation Policy

1. Since our membership provides immediate access to digital content and downloadable materials, we have a clear policy regarding refunds:

We generally do not offer refunds. Because digital goods are delivered instantly, we cannot "reclaim" the content once it has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Subscription Cancellations:

You can cancel your CCBill subscription membership at any time through your account settings.

You can cancel your NetBilling subscription membership at any time through your account settings.

Monthly/Recurring Plans: After you cancel, you will continue to have access to the site until the end of your current billing period.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining days in a billing cycle.

If you have joined for one month via PayPal there is no need to cancel; there are NO recurring charges.

3. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access our content due to a technical error on our end, please let us know. If we can’t fix the issue for you within 24 hours , we will issue a refund for that month.
